Redraw Dies, Trim Dies, Transfer Mechanism The lead cup in each lane is transferred from the restrictor station to the redraw/bottom profile dies. The cups are redrawn/bottom profiled and lifted up to die level by a mechanical lift-out mechanism. The redraw/bottom profiled containers are then delivered to an idle station where the containers are sensed. The redrawn, bottom profiled containers at the idle station are then delivered to the trim station where the containers are flange trimmed.
